Pinnacle Recruiting has a 6 month+ Desktop Support opportunity in Kingston, NY. We are looking for someone with knowledge of PC setup and configuration, hardware and software installation, Windows based operating systems including Windows 10, MS Office, installation and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and other peripherals, network (LAN) connectivity and troubleshooting, AD setup, mobile phones and tablets set up and use. Previous experience working within a ticketing system preferred, including monitoring, working and closing tickets.
