We are a business casual, entrepreneurial environment where you will be just as likely to find us playing air hockey as you will see us on the phone with clients or candidates. We work very hard to meet the needs of our customers, but we believe in having fun while doing it.

A valuable takeaway of being an intern at a staffing firm is you get to observe the hiring processes of many companies of varying sizes, industries and locations, and will see hundreds of real resumes that you can use as benchmarks for your own. By the time you've completed the semester, you walk away with priceless insight into the job seeking process which will serve you well no matter what field you go into. In addition to the rotations, interns will be invited to attend the same networking events we do, to begin practicing the skills that will help them get their first job.
Our program is a 12-week internship, with three 4-week rotations allowing students to spend time learning about, and contributing to, the different functions of a recruiting business;
- Business Development– This rotation will expose students to the early stages of the sales process. They will learn how we identify and research prospective new clients, and move them into the sales funnel. This includes building lists for email campaigns, utilizing a variety of resources, researching prospective client companies, and maintaining the accuracy of client and prospect data in our system.
- Marketing – In this rotation, the student will, over the course of the 3-week period, use their creativity and the skills they have learned in their college coursework to conceptualize and execute a complete marketing campaign. This will include identifying a target, determining the messaging, and designing marketing collateral such as email design and social media content.
- Recruiting Research – Students will learn how to source for candidates, using a variety of methods that range from mining resume databases to searching on social media platforms. Spending a lot of their time searching for resumes on national and local job boards will expose them to a wide range of resumes, both good and bad, which will help them in developing their own. They will be enabling a consistent flow of new candidates into our Applicant Tracking System, to be contacted for current or upcoming openings.
