Desktop Support Technician

White Plains, NY · Information Technology
Pinnacle Recruiting is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a multi-year contract position at our client in White Plains, NY. The Technician will be part of a Desktop Support Team, supporting hardware and software for approximate 1000 users. This position is a quick walk from the White Plains train station and is a Monday through Friday, 37.5 hour a week position.
 
Qualifications
 
Experience supporting as many of the following as possible is desired:
  • Windows 7/Windows 8.1/Windows 10
  • MS Office – 2013, 2016
  • MS Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, O365
  • NIC, CD-RW, Video Cards, Etc.
  • Supporting/Installing/Troubleshooting;
    • Operating Systems
    • MS Office Products
    • Exchange
    • Anti-Virus
  • Installing;
    • Desktop Replacements (PC, Laptops, Windows Tablets)
    • Monitors
    • Hard Drives
    • Memory
    • Scanners
    • iPhones
  • Asset Management/Disposal of Equipment
