Pinnacle is looking to hire candidates with experience in an automotive dealership and superior customer service skills. The job responsibilities:
 
-Providing friendly and professional customer service 
-Troubleshooting customer issues and tracking them in the system 
-Routing calls to the proper departments 
-Communicate with management on updates, status, and completion 
-Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
 
The job requirements: 
 
-Have awesome customer service and communication skills
-Must have worked in a car dealership in some capacity (office, sales, etc.)
-Ability to multitask 
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Call center experience is a plus
